We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any practitioner. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and NewBritainMarijuana.Clinic.
We do not guarantee that you will be certified by a CT-licensed practitioner, that DCP will approve your registration, or that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent practitioner. Registration decisions are made solely by DCP.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older and who are Connecticut residents with a qualifying condition under Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 420f. Consult the DCP Medical Marijuana Program page for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent practitioner's posted policy.
Connecticut's Medical Marijuana Program charges no state registration fee. DCP identity and residency verification is free. The clinic consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.
